- You accept these Terms of Service as they apply to your use of our website and services
These terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and business clients.
3. Products and Custom Orders
Packaging in Time produces custom packaging based on client-supplied specifications. Because every order is manufactured to order, the following conditions apply:
- All orders are custom-made. Production begins only after artwork approval and order confirmation.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all details provided, including dimensions, quantities, design files, and shipping addresses.
- Design approval is final. Once you approve the print-ready artwork, Packaging in Time is not liable for errors in the approved file, including spelling, colors, layout, or logo placement.
- We reserve the right to decline any order that contains content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates third-party rights.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed or quoted are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated for Canadian, and Australian clients.
- Pricing is based on product type, quantity, material, and finishing options confirmed at the time of quoting.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After that period, pricing may be subject to revision based on material costs or other factors.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins, depending on order size and client history.
- Packaging in Time does not charge hidden fees. There are no die fees, no plate fees, and no design fees on standard orders, as stated in our service offer.
- Accepted payment methods are confirmed at checkout or during the quoting process.
5. Free Design Service
Our in-house design team provides free packaging artwork as part of our standard service. The following conditions apply:
- Design services are provided exclusively for the purpose of producing packaging through Packaging in Time.
- Artwork created by our team remains the property of Packaging in Time until full payment is received, at which point the client is granted full usage rights for that specific packaging application.
- You may supply your own print-ready artwork. It must meet our technical file specifications, which our team will provide upon request.
- We allow a reasonable number of design revisions before artwork approval. Excessive revision rounds outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional time or charges, communicated in advance.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Packaging in Time offers free standard shipping within the USA on qualifying orders.
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates. Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing for international shipments, or circumstances outside our control.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers once your order has left our facility.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Re-shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the client are the client’s responsibility.
- For orders shipped to Canada, and Australia, shipping terms and costs will be confirmed during the quoting process.
7. Turnaround Time
- Production turnaround begins after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
- Standard turnaround times are provided at the time of quoting and vary by product type, quantity, and finishing options.
- Rush production may be available on select orders. Additional charges may apply and will be communicated upfront.
- Packaging in Time is not liable for losses resulting from production or shipping delays caused by factors outside our manufacturing control, including but not limited to supplier delays, equipment maintenance, or force majeure events.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
Because all products are custom-manufactured to your approved specifications, our return and refund policy is as follows:
- We do not accept returns on custom orders that were manufactured in accordance with your approved artwork and confirmed specifications.
- If a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Upon review, Packaging in Time may offer a reprint, credit, or partial refund at our discretion, depending on the nature and extent of the issue.
- Refunds are not issued for color variations that fall within standard printing tolerances, as screen-to-print color differences are inherent to the printing process.
- Orders canceled after artwork approval and before production begins may be subject to a cancellation fee.
9. Intellectual Property
- Any logos, trademarks, brand assets, or content you provide to Packaging in Time remain your intellectual property.
- By submitting artwork or brand assets, you confirm that you own the rights to those materials or have the proper authorization to use them commercially.
